Two BEE partners purchased 30% of DigiCore Fleet Management SA in 2006. DigiCore Fleet Management SA employs over 350 people in nine branches throughout South Africa and has more than 180 fully equipped mobile service vehicles and constitutes the bulk of DigiCore’s South African operations. The two partners are Amabubesi Investments which holds 17,4% and Western Breeze which holds 12,6% of DigiCore Fleet Management SA (Pty) Limited. These partners are now well entrenched and continue to add significant value.
DigiCore Fleet Management SA received a level 7 broad based black economic empowerment certification from BEESA.
During 2002, the DigiCore group obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification for quality management and maintaining systems according to the abovementioned standards.
